		<description><![CDATA[By now I'm sure that regular readers of this blog are aware that my wife Lura who created and wrote in this blog went home to be with the Lord last December 30th, 2008.  You may also know that in a final posting that I put on several of her other blogs that I intend to keep this one going because it while she didn't post here nearly as much as she wanted to, she felt that this was the most important of the blogs that she wrote in.

Several times I've sat down with the intention of starting this task but I've always found myself at a loss for words and ended up putting it off again.  I've come to the conclusion that perhaps the best, most fitting way for me to begin posting here is to start with the basics.  Later I'll be referring to her notes and posting things in them that I know she intended to post here.  I'll probably throw in my own two cents here and there as well.]]></description>
